Product source:Fresh red radishes, through physical processing, yield natural red pigment, primarily composed of anthocyanins.
Radish Red is a product of anthocyanins which is extracted from radish. By having the same character of other anthocyanins products, Radish Red gives a purplish red color shade in acidic water. It becomes purplish when it is put in neutral condition, and goes to blue when the environment changes into alkaline condition. Radish Red has a best stability to light and heat among other anthocyanins, therefore it is recommended to be used in low pH product seven with clear package.
Typical application: pickles, soft drink, jelly, candy, ice cream, etc
Usage: pick requested amount of Radish Red and dissolve in acidic water with pH value around 3, then add aqueous solution into the end product.
